Noun Project - Some of these you can purchase a license to in order to use without attribution, most of them require attribution otherwise.Printed out the template first on plain paper to test out, and made adjustments until it fit. (Inkscape is a great alternative too.) Took measurements of my keycaps and made the template in the same program. The icons were ones I found on The Noun Project.
